Arriving at Boston Airport

Once you have exited the plane, you will make your way into the terminal building. If you’re travelling on a domestic flight (usually landing in Terminal A, B or C), you will make your way directly to Baggage Claim. If you’re disembarking an international flight, you will most likely be in Terminal E, and will make your way to Passport Control. Once you enter the Customs and Border Control area, you will see different lines for Passport Control: US Citizens, Foreign Visitors and Global Entry. Choose the correct line and then present the officer with a valid ID and any required documentation. After exiting Passport Control, you will enter the Baggage Claim area. 


In Baggage Claim, there will be screens displaying which carousel conveyor belt your luggage will be arriving on. After collecting all your personal belongings, you can walk through customs and out into the Boston Airport Arrivals Hall.
